Please note:
- Families can expect tuition to increase an average of 3-5% each year.
- All fees, including application fees for students not accepted, are nonrefundable.
- All tuition payments for prior months (including summer months) are nonrefundable.
- Annual tuition for students who enroll mid-year will be prorated to the student’s start date.
- Flutes/recorders are the property of the family.
Additional Costs
- Field Trips (grades 3+): Expect up to $150 per year in field trip costs, averaging $20 per trip and due at time of scheduling.
- Strings Instrument (grades 4+): Families will procure their own string instrument (violin, viola, or cello), which may be rented or purchased from local providers. Rental costs average $25-50 per month. Please wait for direction from our strings teacher before acquiring an instrument.
- Strings Private Lessons (new in grade 4+): New students joining in grade 4 or higher are required to take 4 private strings lessons during the summer with our strings teacher.
Paying Tuition & Fees
Windsong School uses TADS as our tuition management system. Payment plans begin in July prior to the start of the school year, or the first month a student is admitted after July. Families may make one-time, two-time, or monthly payments through June. Payments can be made through TADS. Late payments incur a $65 late fee.
Tuition Assistance
Windsong School, from its inception, has acted on the belief that this unique education should be available to all families who seek it, regardless of their economic status. As such, Windsong School is able to offer a limited amount of tuition assistance to qualifying families. Please note that tuition assistance applies only to tuition and not to fees.
New families with a child in their final year of kindergarten or in the grades are eligible to apply. Returning families with a child in any year of kindergarten or in the grades are eligible to apply.
